With Hard Hat Strong included in your program, your students will take part in the full 12-week flagship training course delivered in a convenient hybrid model. Included as well is our “Hard Hat Health” series, featuring a comprehensive exercise library focused on joint health and mobility, plus a trade-specific exercise library that lets them continue progress beyond the initial 12-week Hard Hat Strong program. phase 1

Foundation/movement prep/injury prevention

Phase 1 focuses on establishing a solid foundation to build from. Before increasing intensity and volume, you need to familiarize your body with the movement patterns specific to your trade. The main aim during these four weeks is to develop consistency and resiliency, preparing you physically and mentally to progress into the later phases.

phase 2

strength and work capacity

Progressively overloading the foundation built in phase one to develop practical strength and work-capacity that carries through long job shifts. This phase places extra emphasis on gradually increasing the load for each movement while preserving strict, safe technique. It also introduces targeted isometrics to improve muscle activation and support tendon and joint resilience.

trade specific durability

Each trade requires strength and endurance in specific areas. This phase concentrates on closely simulating real job demands and emphasizes trade-specific movements that directly translate to performance in any construction trade. Work shifts toward a more full‑body focus each day while gradually introducing isometric exercises to support joint and tendon health and improve durability on the job.
